Testing Service

In order to satisfy various customer requirements, CSMC set up a powerful back-end service network with partners.  Our outsourced testing service includes wafer or circuit testing solutions for CMOS Logic, Digital/Analog Mixed Signal, High Voltage, NVM and BCDMOS, BiCMOS, Planar and Trench DMOS. All our partners passed ISO9000 verification to guarantee upstream customer requirements on yield, production cycle time, etc.
