CSMC 200mm Wafer Foundry Fab Secures 0.18µm Radio Frequency CMOS Technology License

CSMC Asia Co., Ltd. ("CSMC Asia"), together with CSMC Technologies Corporation ("CSMC") today announces the signing of technology licensing agreement with IBM (New York stock symbol: IBM) for the use of IBM's proprietary 0.18µm radio frequency ("RF") CMOS semiconductor technology and a permissive license to a series of patents.
