BCD025 is one of CSMC's standard BCD process platforms. It is a simple high voltage process with a few mask layers. In addition to the double poly, dual gate, fivefold metal, 0.5 micron drawn gate length process for digital applications, process modules are available for normal and isolated 5V low volt, 25V LDMOS and other high volt drain-source transistors, double-poly and MIM capacitor and high resistance poly resistors. For getting a small digital circuit size, provide 0.25µm backend process Comprehensive design rules, accurate SPICE models, Development kits support the process on platforms supplied by the major EDA tool vendors.
