0.18µm 25V BCD
Overview
CSMC's 0.18µm BCD process is the general platform to the high-level power management products, especially to the digital power segment.
The current process development is focusing on 1.8V, 5V and 25V rating voltage, which indicates the operation voltage.
The core devices are compatible with 0.18µm popular logic and mix-mode process, and the relevant library, IP are compatible in this platform.
